This workshop builds on the discoveries and theories on a quantum role for the entheogenic experience that I present in my book "Tryptamine Palace: 5-MeO-DMT and the Sonoran Desert Toad", by integrating ancient and modern ideas on the role of the Ego in consciousness. We will examine how entheogen use can cast a light on some of the most ancient and perplexing questions of the role of the Ego in our lives; and how the Ego creates our Society and technology, and how our modern view of the role of the Ego - in both our lives and our Society - will shape the future we will all live in.
